Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time and the new features become available immediately. If you need to adjust your plan downward, changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Your Customer Success Manager can help you evaluate which tier fits your current needs.
Nota agreements are annual, which allows time for full onboarding, optimization, and measurable results. Every contract includes a 60-day out clause, so if Nota is not the right fit, you are never locked in. We earn the renewal, not the fine print.
Every Nota plan includes unlimited user seats at no additional cost. You can invite your entire team without per-user fees. This applies across all tiers for Studio, Intelligence, and Bundle plans.
A source is a single data feed that Nota monitors and ingests, such as an RSS feed, a public records database, an API endpoint, a calendar feed, or a live stream. One government website with multiple meeting calendars would count as one source. Your Customer Success Manager will help you define and prioritize sources during onboarding.
You will receive a notification as you approach your monthly article cap. If you consistently need more volume, upgrading to the next tier is the simplest path. Enterprise plans include custom article volumes with no fixed cap. Overages do not result in service interruption.

Onboarding varies by tier. Starter plans include self-service setup with documentation and help center access. Essentials plans include guided virtual onboarding. Pro plans include pooled or dedicated onboarding sessions. Enterprise plans include fully dedicated 1:1 onboarding with your Customer Success Manager, including source configuration, CMS integration, tone calibration, and team training.
WordPress and Newspack integrate via a native plugin. Blox, Brightspot, ARC, Creative Circle, and Sidearm integrate through a browser extension. Custom and proprietary CMS platforms are supported via API. CMS integration is included in every plan at no additional cost.
Bundle plans combine Studio and Intelligence into a single subscription at a 10% discount compared to purchasing each product separately. All features from both products at the selected tier level are included. You do not need to match tiers. Contact sales if you need a custom combination.
